Position Overview:

·        Improve procedures and processes to drive efficiency

·        Utilize current distribution technology (WMS)

·        Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment

·        Work with staff to deliver high levels of productivity and quality

·        Prepare and plan strategies to meet the departments daily goals

·        Accountable for performance metric

 

Education and Experience:

·        Bachelors degree or equivalent, plus 1-3 supervisory

·        Candidate must be able to work 2nd shift. Excellent communication and people skills are required.

·        Experience working in a union environment is a plus

·        Computer literate, RF scanning knowledge a big plus
